Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how the personal data of visitors to the kvantlab.ru website (hereinafter, the Site) is processed and the measures taken to keep it secure. The Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006.

By using the Site, the visitor agrees to this Policy. A visitor who does not agree must stop using the Site.

2. What data is processed

The Site is informational and contains no forms for collecting personal data (requests, subscriptions, feedback). No primary collection of personal data takes place through the Site.

The following is processed:

• Technical data that the browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type and

version, pages of the Site, date and time of access. Purpose: ensuring the operation and security of the Site.

• Technical cookies (session, display settings, protection

against request forgery). Analytics and advertising cookies are not used.

• Data that the visitor provides voluntarily, if they contact us themselves

via the listed contacts (Telegram, email): the name and contact details they gave. Purpose: replying to the inquiry.

Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

4. Processing actions and method

Actions: collection, recording, storage, use and deletion to the extent necessary for the stated purposes. Processing is mixed (both automated and without automation tools). Personal data is not transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Storage, localisation, transfer

The databases supporting the Site are located in the Russian Federation (Timeweb Cloud hosting, Moscow).

Parties that may be given access to data as part of the infrastructure: the hosting provider Timeweb (Russia) and the corporate email provider Mail.ru for Business (Russia). Such transfer is limited to the purposes of operating the Site and communication.

• No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

Processing period: until the purposes of processing are achieved, until the data subject withdraws consent, or until the operator ceases operations.

6. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to obtain information about the processing of their data, to demand that it be corrected, blocked or deleted, to withdraw consent, and to appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor.

Requests should be sent to info@kvantlab.ru . Response time: 10 working days from receipt of the request. The operator may ask for the applicant’s identity document to confirm their right to make the request.

7. Cookie

The Site uses only the technical cookies it needs to work. They are not used for analytics, advertising or profiling and are not passed to third parties. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some functions of the Site may then not work properly.

8. Changes to the policy
